Orders and Delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours on working days and are usually delivered within 2-5 working days. Royal Mail deliveries to the UK are free. Two day deliveries to the UK and all deliveries to Europe are available at an extra cost.
We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been received. We will also send you a second email once your goods have been despatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you'll be happy with your order but if you'd like to send a product back for any reason there's no need to contact us, simply wrap in secure outer packaging, include the original packaging and the Delivery Note and send it to us within 30 days. We'll process it as quickly as possible and send you a refund or replacement - it's that simple. This does not affect your statutory rights. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office. We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. Q: How will my order be delivered?
A: We offer two delivery methods, Royal Mail and UPS delivery.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Standard 5 working days delivery by Royal Mail to the UK is FREE
Two working days delivery to the UK costs £10.00
Three working days delivery to Europe costs £20.00
Q: What are 'working days'?
A: Monday to Friday are working days. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays are not working days. We pack and dispatch orders only on working days, so we only count working days when calculating when your goods will be delivered.
Q: Can I choose a delivery time?
A: No. Unfortunately, you cannot choose a specific time of day for your order to arrive. This is because we use a variety of courier companies and postal methods and it is impossible for us to know what time of day they will deliver your goods.
Q: Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
A: Yes, you are welcome to - it's no problem. Our no quibble returns policy means we will happily exchange an item or refund your money.
Simply enclose the original delivery note with the item and return it all to LittleMissMatched, Unit 12 Blacknest Park, Blacknest Road, Alton GU34 4PX. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Q: Does LMM deliver overseas?
A: We can deliver orders to any EU country. We cannot accept overseas orders from the rest of the world.
Q: How do I know my order has got through?
A: When you send an order through this website, we will reply to you with an email confirming everything. Please check that all the information is correct on this confirmation email. As soon as you send your order through the web, it is a firm purchase.
